Use the calculator below to compute the Transfer tax and Conveyance fees required to transfer ownership of property. We accept cash, business and personal checks, or cashier checks payable to the Auglaize County Auditor. Please do not include payments to other county offices in your check amount.

Conveyance fees are $3 per thousand, rounded up to the nearest $0.10. There is also a transfer fee of $0.50 per parcel.
